General terms and conditions
Server Use
1. Purple Hosts reserve the right to refuse its services and access
to its servers to anyone.
2. Prohibited content included, but is not limited to:
Duplicate Sites
Online Games
Spamming
Any adult content or links to such (adult toys as such allowed)
erotic images and lewd or obscene content
Illegal pirated content or links to such
Banner networks
3. We have the right to cancel or/and suspend your account or remove
any material on our servers that is inappropriate at any time
without explanation or/and prior notice.
4. Purple Hosts servers can only be used for hosting websites and
not for:
File Sharing
File Storage
Empty Websites
Redirects
Doorways
Proxy
Free Download Sites
Video Sites
5. We do not host private websites (a private website is a website
that requires registration to enter it). All other content that
cannot be useful
for a human visitor.
6. We will not be responsible for any kind of loss or damages you or
your business may suffer from, also includes loss of data, delays,
viruses, removal of services, caused by the use or misuse,
unavailability or removal of services, closed or and deleted
account's.
7.Purple Hosts reserve the right to move your data/website to a
different server or location with no prior notice.
8. Purple Hosts does not allow on its servers excessive download
content.
9. Sites must not use excessive amount of server resources. These
include bandwidth, processor utilization and /or disk space.
10. Purple Hosts does not allow any kind of testing purposes to be
used on its servers this is strictly not allowed.
11. Port & Network scanning is strictly forbidden we try to keep a
secure environment for all our users, this can/ will result in
instant termination.
Hosting

2. Only English language websites are accepted a universal language.
3. We will do our best to create your hosting account within
reasonable time
limit and can not guarantee that your account will be created within
a time period.
4. All overdue payments must be paid in full to receive service.
5. To ensure your hosting account and domain name are not lost we
operate a positive renewal system on all our web hosting accounts
and domain name(s)
you will need to login to your account billing. All payments should
reach us 3days before your services
expire. Email notifications may not be sent.
6. All hosting accounts run for a period of one year and will need
to be renewed. Not doing so your account may be permanently deleted
from
our database and every thing in it.

8. Your hosting account can not be passed over to any body else, if
you do not wish to keep the account you must cancel your hosting
account
via email.
9. You can not sell, rent, lease, donate, loan, or share your web
space, any domains or any feature of our hosting account with any
other party whatsoever.
10. The customer or client "you" has full responsibility for the
content of the website. For the avoidance of doubt, Purple Hosts is
not obliged to monitor, and will have no liability for, the content
of any communications transmitted by virtue of the Services.
Bandwidth
Unused bandwidth may not not be carried over from month-to-month.
Your Details
1. You must keep your account details when signing up to any of our
services correct, updated and valid at all times. Not doing so will
be an indication of our services to you are not required any longer,
as a result your account may be disabled and deleted permanently
without prior warning.
2. You must give your correct country or location where you are
located. Not providing correct country or location where you are
located may result in your account being disabled and deleted
without prior warning.
3. We may send you something via post to verify as who you are, if
we do send you something you must respond and verify yourself to
continue to use any of our services. We will not ask you to send any
identification for your security.
Sign Up/ Order

3. All orders will be reviewed by us to determine if they meet our
financial, security and other reasonable criteria (Fraud Screen).
You may not retrieve notice that your order has been rejected
because it fails to pass our Fraud Screen. We are unable to provide
additional information
about the reasons a particular order fails to pass the Fraud Screen.
4. Purple Hosts is under no obligation to deliver any services in
addition to those identified in the order.
5.You are responsible for the fees set out on the order.
6. We often offer special promotions or offers (Special Promotions
or Offer(s). These offers or promotions have specific terms, and
generally do not apply to current customers. They do not apply to
renewal terms. If this results in additional fees, you will be
charged for those fees.
7. You may have more then one account but each account must be with
a new valid email address. Passwords on each account must be Unique
form one another.
8. Basic hosting package is free on a month to month basis.
Canceling
1. You may cancel your hosting account at any time, via emailing
your cancellation. Upon cancellation you will receive confirmation
email of
your cancellation.
Backup
We back up data stored on your account in good faith at least once
per week. These backups are intended for internal use only and are
not related to any Back Up Services we may offer. It is your
responsibility to back up data of your website and content, SQLite
databases, MySQL databases and anything else you may store on the
space we provide you. We may determine that certain file extensions
are not suitable for backup. It is your obligation to verify whether
particular files will be backed up.
Back Up Services are provided as is and are subject to all warranty
disclaimers and limitations of liability set out herein. You agree
that you will maintain your own set of backups independent of those
we maintain. If we provide data to you from a back up, it will be
provided as raw data, and you may be required to reformat that data
so that it reflects a prior configuration or use. Our only
obligation is to restore our server to its operation condition. It
is your obligation to restore your website.
1. Purple Hosts are not responsible for any kind of loss of
data/website. (a). We recommend you keep a back up of your website
on your Desk-top computer or better on a USB storage device. (b).
Edit your website files off-line and then upload your updated
website.
2. Lose of data will not or can not be retrieved by Purple Hosts, it
is your responsibility to make the appropriate back-up of your
data/website.
3. Purple Hosts backs-up data on a weekly basis and can not
guarantee hundred percent success and its accuracy in this process
nor your
website files/data being fully or partly up-to-date.
Downloads
1. Maximum file download size is 6MB per file. The download file can
be in a zip file or exe form only.
2. We do not allow file storage on our servers.
3. We do not allow extensive amount of file downloads on our
servers.
Opportunities
1. You may time to time receive email regarding updates, promotions,
offers and so on.
Sending Email
1. Sending email via using php must have a secure and working human
verification capture in place with no exceptions. The capture must
able
to refresh to a new one with no exceptions.
Domain names
1. All Domain Name registrations are non refundable with no
exceptions.
Fixed IP
1. Our server(s) address IP is fixed and not static you may be
required to update your domain name DNS records (A records) once per year but not
guaranteed
to once per a year. You will be responsible to check your website is
online and publicly viewable and if needed to update the DNS records
(A records). We may not email you to update DNS.
2. We can not be help responsible for your web site, web-mail or any
other services we provide being offline
due to server IP update to a new IP.
3. We can not guarantee how and when or how often IP will update as
this is beyond our control. Fixed IP's are usually kept for a long
period of time and will update to a new one at some point which is
beyond our control.
Refunds And Guarantees
No refunds are issued in all circumstances what so ever unless and
other wise stated upon signup for our hosting services, however
credit may be offered only under our discretion which will be
valid for no more then 31days. Payment(s) made by cash for any of
our services are
excluded from any money back guarantees and offers for refund and no
exceptions.
Graphical web stats
Warranty
Web Stats are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either
expressed or implied.
Templates
The templates are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind,
either expressed or implied and we do not offer any type of support
for
website templates.
Downloads
All downloads are provided as are and without warranty of any kind,
either expressed or implied and we do not offer any type of support
directly. Links may be provided to external support websites
including for update downloads and you will be responsible for all
updates and security fixes to your website files.
Proxy
We do not allow proxy set-ups or connections or any sort of activity
through remote connections of this sort on any of our servers.
Account Suspension And/ Or Termination
Our Terms of Use is actively enforced. Offending content or users
may be suspended from our network immediately when discovered with
or without notification. Your site will only be suspended until any
pending issue is resolved, unless multiple violations or severe
violations are found.
Sites are usually held in suspension for a 30 day period before
termination. This suspension period is to allow the owner to contact
us and resolve any issues. If you fail to contact us or respond
within 30 days of suspension your site will be automatically
terminated and its content deleted with no refunds of any kind.
Links to external websites
Where links have been provided to external websites, they are
provided on the bases of interest, when signing-up and/ or
downloading to/ from external links/ sites you do so in your own
interest and risk. We do not control third party websites or there
services and you are bond to there terms and conditions when
accepting there services.
Uptime Guarantee
Uptime guarantee is dependable on network and hardware and can not
guarantee network connection problems nor hardware issues. Purple Hosts is unable to guarantee that supply service will be
completely interruption-free. You further agree that Purple Hosts
shall
not be liable for a disruption to your service.
Availability of the service
Availability of the hosting service relies on factors outside the
control of Purple Hosts, including but not limited to power supply,
telecommunications infrastructure, and the status of the internet as
a whole. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the hosting
service is available for the vast majority of the time, you
acknowledge that Purple Hosts is unable to guarantee that supply
service will be completely interruption-free. You further agree that
Purple Hosts shall not be liable for a disruption to your service.
Privacy Statement
Purple Hosts respects your right to privacy. We will never sell or
rent your name, e-mail address, physical address, contact number and
any other identifying information that you give us to any third
party. The Company also collects different types of non-personally
identifiable information about its website visitors. These include
but are not limited to referral URL's, Users' IP addresses, Users'
use of website, information about the browsers used by the User,
etc.
Disclaimer
Purple Hosts will not be responsible for any damages your business
may suffer. Purple Hosts make no warranties of any kind, expressed
or implied for services we provide. Purple Hosts disclaims any
warrantee or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries,
wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by
Purple Hosts and its volunteers or employees. Purple Hosts reserve
the right revise its policies at any time.
